How does the free preview work?+
Upload one photo and use 1 of your 15 free credits to generate a protected portrait preview. No account or credit card is required.
What kind of photo should I upload?+
Use a clear, well-lit photo with the subject's face and important features visible. Avoid blur, heavy filters, screenshots, and subjects that are very far away.
Will the portrait still look like the child?+
The generation prompts prioritize recognizable identity, facial structure, coloring, markings, and expression while applying the selected artistic direction.
Can I choose a style before uploading?+
Yes. Choose any style from the gallery first, or upload immediately and use Classic Oil Painting as the default.
Can I edit or regenerate the preview?+
Yes. You can update your instructions or choose another style. Each new generation uses 1 credit, and every visitor starts with 15 credits.
Does the preview contain a watermark?+
No. Your portrait preview is shown without a visible watermark. Native right-click saving is disabled in the portrait creator.
What is included with a canvas?+
Every canvas order includes the premium physical canvas and the corresponding watermark-free digital portrait.
What canvas sizes are available?+
Choose 8 x 10, 12 x 18, 16 x 24, or 24 x 36 inches. Current prices are shown in the pricing and order sections.
How does checkout work?+
After choosing Digital Download or Canvas + Digital, you are sent directly to secure Shopify checkout for payment, taxes, shipping, and order management.
How long will my order take?+
Art creation typically takes 1–3 business days, followed by 2–5 business days for production. Shipping times vary by destination; most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
You can request a modification or cancellation within 5 hours of placing your order. After that, we may still be able to help, but custom artwork and production can begin quickly.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We ship to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, and many other destinations. Available shipping options and timing are confirmed at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?+
Please contact support within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and generally send a replacement when appropriate.
Can I order a digital file only?+
Yes. Choose Digital Download for a watermark-free high-resolution portrait without a physical canvas.
How are my uploaded photos used?+
Your photos are used to create your custom artwork. We do not sell, reuse, or distribute them for other purposes.
Where can I find portraits I already generated?+
Generated portraits are saved in My Portraits on the device and browser where they were created.
